One question I’m often asked is: What’s the difference between a Petite Session and a full Signature Session?
While both experiences are photographed in my signature fine art style and created with the same attention to detail, they are designed for different families and different needs.
The best option really comes down to how much variety you’re after, how much time you’d like, and the type of experience you want.
Petite Fine Art Sessions
Petite Sessions are designed as a shorter, simplified experience.
These sessions are perfect for families wanting a handful of beautiful portraits without the commitment of a full session.
Petite Sessions include:
• 30 minute studio session
• 5 hand edited high resolution digital images
• One outfit change
• Weekday availability only
• Option to expand your collection to 10 images for an additional $200
These sessions work beautifully for:
- Milestone updates
- Babies with shorter attention spans
- Families wanting just a few timeless portraits
- Updating photographs as your little one grows
Petite Sessions are intentionally designed to be simple and streamlined.
Signature Baby Sessions
Signature Sessions are my full portrait experience and offer more flexibility, time and variety.
These sessions include:
• 1 hour studio session
• 10 hand edited high resolution digital images
• More time for settling and connection
• Greater image variety
• More flexibility throughout your session
A Signature Session may be a better fit if you:
- Want a larger image collection
- Love variety within your gallery
- Would like multiple looks or more flexibility
- Want a slower paced experience
- Are wanting a fuller portrait experience
So Which Session Should You Choose?
If you’re after a handful of beautiful portraits and a shorter experience, Petite Sessions are a lovely option.
If you want a fuller experience with more flexibility, more images and a larger final gallery, a Signature Session will give you more variety and room to create.
No matter which session you choose, the goal remains the same: creating timeless portraits designed to be treasured for years to come.
